Lakes Region 200 Predictions
The NASCAR Xfinity Series gets the racing weekend started today at 4PM ET with the running of the Lakes Region 200. Here’s the drivers we like to contend for the win.
According to the latest oddsmakers, Brad Keselowski is the favorite in this race, as he is getting 3/2 odds. Other short odds to win are Christopher Bell (4/1) and Ryan Preece (9/2). The Lakes Region 200 takes place today at 4PM ET from New Hampshire Motor Speedway in Loudon, New Hampshire and will air live on NBC Sports Network.
53050 Brad Keselowski 3/2
Keselowski is a two-time winner of this race, last taking the title in 2014. This year, Keselowski is perfect in Xfinity Series races. He has driven in two races and won both of them. Dating back to last season, he has won three straight Xfinity Series appearances and four of his last seven in the series. Keselowski is definitely the man to beat in today’s race.
53051 Christopher Bell 4/1
Bell has been a strong regular in the Xfinity Series this year. He has picked up two wins in the 2018 season and also has three other runner-up finishes. Now he comes to New Hampshire, a track that was very good to him in the Truck Series. He won the race at New Hampshire last year and was second in 2016. I think he can take that success in the truck series and translate it here today in the Xfinity Series.
53053 Justin Allgaier 10/1
Justin Allgaier is having a pretty strong year as well, but he has longer odds than he normally would due to a rather poor history at New Hampshire. He was 32nd last year and has been outside the top 5 in seven straight appearances at the track. Still, he has two wins this year with three other runner-up finishes. He has consistently been near the front of the pack in most races and I think he has a lot of value for having 10/1 odds.
