Elliott was the 2016 winner of this race, so there is reason to believe that he can get back to championship lane today. In his 2018, he had a very underwhelming performance in his Xfinity Series races. He competed in eight races last year and didn’t win any of them with just two top-5 finishes. Despite all that, I think Elliott can give Keselowski a run for his money. He is a veteran driver that has had success at Daytona before.

Bell had a race to forget last year, placing 39th in this event in his first appearance. However, he bounced back in the middle of the year with a third-place finish at Daytona. Bell had a great 2018 season, his first a full-time Xfinity Series driver. He picked up seven victories and had 11 other top-5 finishes. Bell should be eager to erase last year’s performance and start off 2019 where he ended his 2018 run.
