This year, he has won three of six races he has competed in, including his last two. Busch has dominated this race, winning three of the five years it has been held, including the last two years.
Elliott Sadler has +850 odds for today’s race. He comes into this race without a win on the year, but he has finished in the top-5 seven races. Sadler hasn’t managed to get a win this year, but is always in the mid and he has run pretty well at Indy. He finished sixth last year and fifth in 2015. Sadler is a good dark horse option for you today if he gets a break with a good pit stop or fuel mileage.
Paul Menard is also listed with +850 odds for today’s race. The 2017 season has not gone well for him, as he has finished outside the top 30 in three of the four races he has driven in. However, Indy has been a good track for him. He finished third a year ago and fourth in 2015. He also has two sixth-place finishes in previous years. Menard should have another good run at the track today. If he keeps his car clean, he should contend for the win.
