Overton’s 200 Odds
The NASCAR Xfinity Series kicks off the racing weekend later today with the Overton’s 200 today. Here are some drivers we like to contend for the victory.
According to oddsmakers at Bovada.lv, Kyle Busch is favored to win this race, as he has +100 odds. Other short odds to win are Brad Keselowski (+200), Kyle Larson (+350) and William Byron (+1100). The Overton’s 200 takes place today at 4PM ET from New Hampshire Motor Speedway in Loudon, New Hampshire.
Kyle Busch has been dominant in this race. He is a five-time winner of this very event and the defending champion. He has competed in five Xfinity races this year and managed to win two of them. With his great history at this track and his ability to consistently win in this series when he competes, Busch seems to be the man to beat today.
Brad Keselowski joins Busch as the only other driver to win this race multiple times. He took the checkered flag in 2012 and 2014 here. Keselowski had a recent win in this series in Pocono, his one win in six Xfinity races in 2017. I think he should be able to push Busch today and possibly steal the win. Kentucky has been a good track for him.
William Byron has some long odds, but continues to be a good dark horse pick in this series. The first-year Xfinity Series driver has continued to improve throughout the year. He has finished in the top 2 in three of his last four races with two wins. He has placed in the top 10 in 10 races this year, so he puts himself near the front consistently. He probably needs a little luck or a mistake from the drivers like Busch and Keselowski to win, but he should be in the mix.
