AMP Energy 500 Odds
The odds are out for the AMP Energy 500 at Talladega and four different drivers all share the top spot according to oddsmakers.
Oddsmakers from SBG Global and Sportsbook.com have installed Dale Earnhardt Jr., Jeff Gordon, Tony Stewart and Kyle Busch all as 6/1 favorites to win the 2008 AMP Energy 500 from the Talladega Superspeedway.

All four odds-to-win-favorites are previous winners at Talladega with the exception of Tony Stewart, who has never won in 19 career starts and has an average finish of 13.9.
Earnhardt Jr. has won five times in 17 career starts, while Gordon has won six times in 31 career starts and Kyle Busch has won once in just seven career starts.
A winning $100 wager on any of these drivers would generate a healthy $600 payout.
Rounding out the top 5 odds to win favorites for the 2008 AMP Energy 500 is two-time defending Sprint Cup Series Champion and Current Sprint Cup Series points leader Jimmie Johnson at 7/1. Johnson has one win at Talladega in 13 career starts and currently holds a 10-point lead over second place Carl Edwards in the Sprint Cup Standings.
Other previous Talladega winners entered in this weekend’s field include Brian Vickers at 30/1, Michael Waltrip at 60/1 and Bobby Labonte at 100/1.
