Pennzoil 400 Betting Odds
Kyle Busch and Joey Logano are co-favorites at +600, respectively, to win today’s race in Vegas, followed by Ryan Blaney at +750. Kyle Larson and William Byron are both +850, respectively, to win outright, while Ross Chastain is +1000. Martin Truex Jr., meanwhile, is +1300, followed by Denny Hamlin, Christopher Bell and Ty Gibbs at +1600, respectively. Finally, Kevin Harvick, Brad Keselowski, Tyler Reddick and Austin Cindric are all +2000, respectively, to win the Pennzoil 400.
Pennzoil 400 Betting Predictions
OPTION 1: Brad Keselowski (+2000)
While not a huge long shot to win today in Vegas, Keselowski offers plenty of value and upside to go along with a strong resume at this track. He has three wins, eight top-5 finishes and 12 top-10s at Vegas as he appears to be settling in with his new team. If that’s the case, I fully expect to see Keselowski in the mix for the checkered flag late. He has always loved racing here.
OPTION 2: Kyle Larson (+850)
Among the field racing today, Larson’s 104.9 Average Driver Rating ranks third and he leads in Fastest Laps Run with 113. He’s also first in Laps Led at 226 and is second in Quality Passes – passes of cars in the Top 15 while under green flag conditions – at 297. Like Byron (more on him below), Larson doesn’t offer a tremendous payoff but the guy is one of the safer bets to be in the mix late.
OPTION 3: William Byron (+850)
There’s not a ton of value in taking Byron to win outright today, but keep him in mind for any props. He finished with the fifth-fastest single lap in practice on Saturday and also ranked first in both five- and 10-lap averages. The No. 24 Hendrick Chevrolet car appears to be in peak form heading into Sunday’s race, where Byron will start second following qualifying.
