Quaker State 400 Predictions
OPTION 1: Kevin Harvick (+1800)
There’s been plenty of parity at Atlanta as of late, with the only active drivers with multiple Atlanta wins being Kevin Harvick, Brad Keselowski and Kyle Busch. Harvick has the most victories among the trio with three, while Keselowski and Busch have two victories at Atlanta apiece. Harvick currently ranks 7th in the Cup Standings with 523 points. In 18 races, Harvick still has yet to post a victory but he’s posted seven top-10 finishes and four top-5s. Only once this season has he posted a DNF.
OPTION 2: Ross Chastain (+1700)
Following Chastain’s victory at Nashville and Shane van Gisbergen at Chicago, Trackhouse racing is seeking its third straight win. The last team to win three straight races was Hendrick Motorsports in 2021, which won five straight – four by Kyle Larson. Chastain has finished second twice at Atlanta, both coming last season under the Plate Race aero package. He currently ranks 3rd in the Cup Standings with 573 points. In 18 races, Chastain has one win, eight top-10s and six top-5s.
OPTION 3: Joey Logano (+1000)
Logano, Elliott and Byron can join the short list of drivers that have multiple Atlanta wins. In fact, if Logano wins today, he would become the first driver since Jimmie Johnson in 2016 with back-to-back Atlanta wins. He currently ranks 10th in the Cup Standings with 491 points and in 18 races, Logano has one win, nine top-10 finishes and five top-5 finishes.
