Xfinity 500 Betting Predictions
OPTION 1: Brad Keselowski (+1500)
With six top-5 finishes in his last eight starts at Martinsville – including 10 in his last 13 overall – Keselowski is comfortable on this track. He also has four top-3 finishes in his last seven races here and is coming off an impressive top-5 finish in last weekend’s Dixie Vodka 400. Four of the last six winners at Martinsville have come from a top-5 starting spot and Keselowski will start in the No. 6 position today.
OPTION 2: Joey Logano (+1200)
Logano’s odds aren’t as attractive as Keselowski’s, but he might be an even better option to win today at Martinsville. He has a pair of top-5 finishes here in 2020 and took second place this past spring at this track. All of that pairs well with his eight top-10 finishes in his last nine races at Martinsville. The only potential drawback? He’s starting 12th today, just outside of a top-10 that has produced 11 of the last 13 winners at Martinsville.
OPTION 3: Ross Chastain (+1700)
Chastain finished fifth this past spring at Martinsville and has five top-7 finishes in the last seven weeks, which includes two consecutive runner-ups in the round prior. There have been eight straight different winners of this Fall race and while he’s run well here, Chastain has never taken the checkered flag. Could today be the day? With a top-10 starting position (ninth), Chastain is a live long shot worth considering for your final betting card this afternoon.
