He’s retiring at the end of the season. … Erik Jones is driving the Joe Gibbs Racing’ No. 18 Toyota in place of Kyle Busch. The 18-year-old Jones is making his first Cup start. He drove at Bristol last month, taking over Denny Hamlin’s car after a rain delay. Busch is sidelined after breaking his right leg and left foot in the Xfinity Series opener at Daytona. David Ragan filled in for Busch the previous nine races. He will complete the season in Michael Waltrip Racing’s No. 55 Toyota in place of Brian Vickers. Vickers is sidelined by recurring blood clots. … Joey Logano won at the track in October.
