INDIANAPOLIS (AP) – IndyCar and the Indianapolis Motor Speedway are teaming up to open a West Coast office that will focus on working with the media and entertainment industries.
IndyCar CEO Randy Bernard says the sanctioning body of the IndyCar and Indy Lights series is in a position for growth that creates opportunities for working with film, television, music and emerging media properties.
Sarah Nettinga will manage the new office located in Santa Monica and became senior vice president of media and entertainment for IndyCar Entertainment. She held a similar job with NASCAR.
