Prediction:
Injuries are going to play a big part in this game. Be sure to keep an eye out on the updates before tip. As of this writing, I am going to assume that the 76ers will have at least Embiid or Butler available. Embiid would certainly be the better option, but Philly has been cautious with him in the past. New York likely won’t have Kanter, so that will leave their frontcourt severely weak. Philly can take advantage of this with their aggressive guards and Embiid, should he play. If Philly doesn’t have Butler and Embiid, I would probably lean toward New York with the points, but I will take the 76ers and hope for some health.
NBA Prediction: Philadelphia 76ers -6.5
