Sunday’s NBA Odds
(TheSpread) – The NBA has a light load on Sunday, with just two games on the schedule. Here is a look at the odds for each of the two contests.
There isn’t much selection on Sunday, but the Miami Heat are in action at 1PM ET when they host the Toronto Raptors (View Matchup). Oddsmakers have the Heat as an overwhelming 16-point favorite at home against the Raptors while the over/under total has been set at 189 points. The Heat are 17-6 on the season and 10-2 at home while the Raptors are 8-16 overall and 5-10 on the road. Miami is just 10-13 against the spread on the season while Toronto is 12-12 ATS. Miami has won the last five in this series but the Raptors have covered the spread in four of the last six against the Heat.
The other game on Sunday has the Boston Celtics hosting the Memphis Grizzlies at Noon ET (View Matchup). The Celtics are favored to win the game with a point spread of -4.5 against the Grizzlies while the over/under total has been set at 179 points. Memphis is 12-11 on the year and 5-8 on the road while Boston is 12-10 overall and 8-6 at home. The Grizzlies are 12-11 against the spread this season while the Celtics are 11-11 ATS. Memphis has won two of the last three against Boston and covered in three of the last four against the Celtics.
