Friday’s NBA Playoff Odds
(TheSpread) – The NBA playoffs continue on Friday with a pair of conference semifinal matchups. Here is a look at the odds for both contests taking place.
The first game taking place is in the Eastern Conference with No. 8 Philadelphia hosting No. 4 Boston at 8PM ET (View Matchup) in Game 4 with the Celtics leading the series 2-1. Oddsmakers have made Philadelphia a 2-point favorite at home for this game, while the over/under total has been set at 174 points. Boston is 17-20 on the road and 38-35-2 against the spread while Philadelphia is 22-15 at home and 38-36-1 ATS. Boston has won three of the last four against the 76ers, while the 76ers have covered the spread in seven of their last 10 against Boston.
The second game on the night is in the Western Conference as the third-seeded L.A. Lakers host No. 2 Oklahoma City at 10:30PM ET (View Matchup) with the Thunder leading the series, 2-0. According to oddsmakers, the Lakers are a 2.5-point favorite at home against the Thunder, while the over/under total for the game has been set at 192 points. Oklahoma City is 23-12 on the road and 38-34 against the spread this season while the Lakers are 29-8 at home and 32-43 ATS. The Thunder have now won five of their last six against the Lakers, but Los Angeles has covered in two of the last three meetings.
