Sunday’s NBA Playoff Odds
(TheSpread) – The NBA playoffs have a quartet of games on Sunday. Here is a look at the odds and over/under totals for each of the four contests.
The featured game of the day comes in the Eastern Conference with No. 7 New York hosting No. 2 Miami at 3:30PM ET (View Matchup). The Heat have a 3-0 lead in the series and are looking to complete the sweep. Oddsmakers have given Miami a -7.5 point spread against the Knicks on Sunday, while the over/under total has been set at 184 points. Miami is 19-15 on the road and 35-34 against the spread while New York is 22-12 at home and 36-33 against the spread. The Heat have won six straight over the Knicks and covered the spread in five straight.
The other featured game of the night is also in the East, as No. 4 Boston hosts No. 5 Atlanta at 7PM ET (View Matchup). The Celtics have a 2-1 edge in the series and are favored to win Game 3. Oddsmakers have given the Celtics a point spread of –5 for the game, while the over/under total has been set at 172 points. Atlanta is 17-17 on the road and 38-39-2 against the spread while Boston is 25-9 overall and 35-35-2 against the spread. The home team has won six of the last eight games between these two, but the road team has covered the spread in five of the last six.
