Thursday’s NBA Playoff Odds
(TheSpread) – The NBA playoffs continue on Thursday with a trio of Game 6’s. Here is a look at the odds for each contest on the night.
The featured game of the night comes in the Eastern Conference, with No. 1 Chicago looking to avoid elimination when it heads to No. 8 Philadelphia for a 7PM ET tip (View Matchup). The 76ers lead the series 3-2 and they are the favorite to win Game 6, as they have a point spread of -3, while the over/under total has been set at 169 points. Philadelphia is 21-14 at home and 36-34-1 against the spread while Chicago is 24-11 on the road and 40-30-1 ATS. The home team has won five of the last six games between these two teams while the 76ers have covered the spread in three of their last four against the Bulls.
The other featured game comes in the Western Conference with No. 6 Denver hosting the third-seeded L.A. Lakers at 10:30PM ET (View Matchup). The Nuggets trail 3-2 in the series and are the favorite to win Game 6, as they have a point spread of -1.5. The over/under total for the game has been set at 197.5 points. The Lakers are 16-19 on the road and 30-41 against the spread while Denver is 21-14 at home and 39-32 ATS. The road team has won and covered the spread in the last two games of this series.
