The featured game of the night comes in the Western Conference with the third-seeded L.A. Lakers hosting the sixth-seeded Denver Nuggets at 10:30PM ET with the Lakers looking to close out the series as they have a 3-1 edge. Oddsmakers have the Lakers as a 6-point favorite for Game 5, while the over/under total has been set at 199 points. The Lakers are 28-7 at home and 30-40 against the spread this season while the Nuggets are 18-17 on the road and 38-32 ATS. The Lakers have won five of their last six against the Nuggets and covered the spread in four of their last six.
The other featured game on Tuesday is in the Eastern Conference as No. 5. Atlanta hosts No. 4 Boston at 8PM ET looking to avoid elimination as they trail 3-1 in the series. Oddsmakers have the Hawks as a 1-point favorite at home in the game, while the over/under total has been set at 174 points. Atlanta is 24-11 at home and 38-30-2 against the spread while Boston is 16-19 on the road and 36-32-2 against the spread. The home team has won five of the last six in this series.
