Updated NBA Finals Odds
(TheSpread) – The 2012 NBA Playoffs are into the second round. Here is an updated look at the odds to win this year’s NBA Finals.
According to oddsmakers, the Miami Heat are still the favorites to win the playoffs, with 11/10 odds. Other short odds to win are the San Antonio Spurs (9/4), Oklahoma City Thunder (7/2), and the Boston Celtics (10/1).
Miami is the No. 2 seed in the East and the top seed remaining in the East after the Bulls were upset in the opening round. Miami already holds a 1-0 lead against Indiana in their semifinal series.
The Spurs are the top seed in the West. They begin their second round series against the Clippers on Tuesday night. San Antonio swept Utah in the opening round.
Oklahoma City is the No. 2 seed in the West. The Thunder swept the defending champion, Dallas Mavericks, in the opening round. The Thunder will face the Lakers in the second round.
Boston is the No. 4 seed in the East. The Celtics hold a 1-0 lead in their second round series with Philadelphia. Boston beat Atlanta in six games to reach the second round.
