Another game of note today has the defending champs, the San Antonio Spurs hosting the winless Philadelphia 76ers. Oddsmakers have the Spurs clear favorite at home, as they are getting odds of -15.5 points against the 76ers. The over/under total for the game has been set at 194.5 points. San Antonio is 5-4 overall, 2-1 at home and 3-6 against the spread. Philadelphia is 0-9 overall, 0-5 on the road and 4-5 against the spread. The Spurs have won six straight against Philadelphia, covering the spread in five of the six wins. These two have hit the under in five straight meetings.
Another featured game today has the Charlotte Bobcats hosting the Dallas Mavericks at 7PM ET. Oddsmakers have the Mavericks favored on the road, as they are getting odds of -2.5 points against the Bobcats. The over/under total for the game has been set at 198.5 points. Charlotte is 4-6 overall, 3-1 at home and 5-5 against the spread. Dallas is 7-3 overall, 2-2 on the road and 7-3 against the spread. The home team has won five straight and the Bobcats have covered the spread in four of their last five against the Mavericks. These two have hit the over in five of their last seven meetings.
