Which side has typically won the NBA All-Star Game?
The West beat the East in 2015 and has won four of the last five NBA All-Star Games dating back to 2011. The East halted a three-game losing streak by beating the West in 2014, but otherwise has struggled in the game since 2000 (the West is 10-6 over that span).
