Philadelphia 76ers DFS Notes

Joel Embiid (health and safety protocols) has been ruled out for Wednesday’s game against the Warriors. No surprise here, as Embiid isn’t even with the team as the 76ers complete their west coast road trip. He was able to work out at the team’s practice facility on Monday, but remains without a timeline for return. Until Embiid is cleared to play, fantasy managers should be all-in on Andre Drummond.

Golden State Warriors DFS Notes

Klay Thompson has been limited to four-minute quarters at recent practice, but he will be scaling up to five, six, and seven-minute stints over the coming weeks. “Early when he’s scrimmaging, he’s knocking down shots,” said Kerr when asked about how Klay has looked as they slowly ramp up his workload. “But you can see fatigue setting in much earlier than he would in a month, two months.” Thompson added that the plan is to get to scrimmaging through 12-minute quarters within a month, and once he’s cleared that marker, then we’ll know he’s on the cusp of his return. It’s possible he could be back by Christmas, but January seems more realistic.
