Giannis Antetokounmpo (back spasms) is probable for Monday’s game vs. the Magic. Giannis sat out the second half of a back-to-back on Saturday, but it sounds like a few days off were enough for his back spasms to subside. His return bumps Bobby Portis to the bench, though Portis has proven surprisingly useful in fantasy despite his second-unit role this season.
Orlando Magic DFS Spin
Cole Anthony (right quad contusion) started Saturday’s loss to the Mavericks and played 32 minutes, finishing with eight points (2-of-8 FGs, 3-of-4 FTs), two rebounds, three assists and one 3-pointer. Having to go up against a point guard as talented as Luka Doncic on a regular night isn’t easy, much less in the second game of a back-to-back. Anthony struggled offensively, shooting just 25% from the field and accounting for just three assists. But given the state of the point guard position in Orlando, there’s no reason to panic and drop the rookie. With Markelle Fultz (knee) out for the season and Michael Carter-Williams still recovering from a foot injury, the starting job will Anthony’s so long as he remains healthy.
