Bulls vs. 76ers Sunday Prediction
The 76ers should add to their win column on Sunday evening when they host the Bulls at 6:00 p.m. ET. That said, is it a smart play for bettors to lay the double-digits on Philly? Or does the total offer more value?

Chicago Bulls Fantasy Spin
Zach LaVine (neck) didn’t practice on Saturday and is questionable for Sunday’s game vs. the Sixers. LaVine got hit in the back of the neck in Thursday’s loss to the Pelicans. The injury flared up on him on Friday. He has yet to miss a game this season, starting all 53 of the Bulls contests this season. We can expect another update after Sunday morning’s shootaround. If LaVine is ruled out, Chandler Hutchison, Tomas Satoransky, Shaquille Harrison and Coby White would be candidates to soak up extra playing time.
Philadelphia 76ers Fantasy Spin
Joel Embiid (neck stiffness) is listed as questionable for Sunday’s game against the Bulls. Embiid didn’t play in the second half of Friday’s game against Memphis due to neck stiffness. Al Horford (Achilles) is also questionable while Kyle O’Quinn (personal) is still away from the team. Norvel Pelle will see a big boost in playing time if either Embiid or Horford sit out.
NBA Prediction
The Bulls have struggled to cover against the 76ers (1-4 ATS in their last give games versus the Sixers) and in Philly (0-4 ATS in last four attempts), but I don’t want to lay 10.5 points and risk that the 76ers will simply go through the motions today. Instead, I like the over, which is 13-6 in the last 19 meetings between these two teams and 9-4 in the last 13 meetings at the Wells Fargo Center. The over has also been a great play in recent Chicago games, cashing in six straight Bulls matchups and in four straight when they play on the road. On the other side, the over is 8-1 in the Sixers’ last nine games as a home favorite and has cashed in nine of their last 12 home games overall.
