Pistons welcome Knicks to Detroit
Currently on a five-game road losing streak, the New York Knicks now face the Detroit Pistons, who have been strong at home, tonight at 7PM ET on TNT.
According to oddsmakers at BetDSI, the Pistons are favored in this game, as they are getting odds of -5.5 points against the Knicks. The over/under total for the game has been set at 203.5 points.
The Knicks (23-28, 29-22 ATS) are in the midst of a five-game losing streak on the road and they are now just 9-16 away from MSG this season. They have also dropped six of their last seven games overall coming into tonight. The Pistons (26-24, 26-23-1 ATS) are also in a bit of a funk, losing three of their last four games. However, Detroit has been quite strong at home this season. The Pistons are 15-8 straight up at The Palace and 15-7-1 ATS in those games.
One concern for Detroit is that it is likely without Kentavious Caldwell-Pope, who is dealing with a groin injury. He is third on the team in scoring and first in minutes played this season. These two met back on Dec. 29, with New York picking up a 108-96 win at home. The Pistons have won four of the last six in this series.
