OUR PREDICTION: The Cavs may have gained some backers on Friday night but let’s keep things in perspective: They beat a banged-up Philadelphia team and didn’t play much defense in the process. The Pacers are struggling right now nbut they’re also 7-2-1 against the spread in their last 10 games against the Cavs and are 6-2 against the number in their last eight games coming off a loss of more than 10 points. The Cavs, meanwhile, are just 2-6-1 against the spread in their last nine games overall and 0-3-1 against the number in their last four games coming off a win.
