Boston Celtics DFS Notes
Jayson Tatum played 31 minutes in Tuesday’s 128-75 beating of the Kings, scoring 36 points (14-of-23 FGs, 1-of-2 FTs), four rebounds, six assists, one block, and seven 3-pointers. Tatum didn’t reach the heights that he did in Sundays’ win over the Wizards, a game in which he scored 50 points, but the Kings didn’t have an answer for him either. And he put up Tuesday’s line in just 31 minutes, combining with Jaylen Brown (30 points, 10 rebounds, three assists, and five 3-pointers in 24 minutes) to outscore the Kings for most of the blowout. Boston has two more games this week, a road back-to-back against the Hawks and Pelicans, which set up to be more difficult matchups for Tatum.
Atlanta Hawks DFS Notes
Trae Young scored 30 points on 9-of-20 shooting in Sunday’s win over the Hornets, adding four rebounds, four assists, one steal and two turnovers across 35 minutes. Young’s shot was a little off tonight, but he still managed to score 30+ points for the 18th time this season. The game was close early on, but the Hawks ultimately pulled away for their fourth straight victory. Young continues to flirt with top-10 value on the season for 8-cat and 9-cat, rewarding managers who took him with a high pick this year.
