Boston Celtics DFS Spin
Boston power forward Grant Williams hadn’t been getting many minutes in these playoffs until the past few games. He got 29 minutes on Sunday and showed some fight in Game 3 when many of his teammates frankly did not. Williams recorded 12 points on 5 of 7 shooting from the field in Game 3 and might be an excellent deep sleeper in DFS on Tuesday.
Boston’s Marcus Smart nearly had a quiet triple-double in Game 3 on Sunday. In that contest, he scored 8 points, dished out 8 dimes, and snagged 9 boards. With the Celtics’ back against the wall in Game 4, Marcus Smart’s effort and competitive fire could make him worth a look in most DFS formats.
Miami Heat DFS Spin
Miami guard Victor Oladipo is out for the season with a knee injury and Heat guard Tyler Herro is still out with a broken right hand. Miami’s Kevin Love is listed as probable for Tuesday’s game after he suffered what was described as a left lower-leg muscle strain in Game 3 on Sunday. Love is averaging 7 points and 5.9 rebounds in 18.8 minutes per contest for Miami this postseason.
The Heat’s Caleb Martin is having a breakout series. The 6’5” small forward out of Nevada is pouring in 19.3 points per game in the Eastern Conference Finals while shooting an excellent 63.2% from the field and 47.6% from deep. He scored 18 points off the bench in Game 3 and could be in for another big night in Game 4 on Tuesday.
Celtics vs. Heat NBA Betting Trends

Boston is 0-5 ATS in their last 5 games against Miami.
Miami is 8-1 ATS in their last 9 games following an ATS win.
Miami is 10-2 ATS in their last 12 games overall.
Celtics vs. Heat NBA Prediction
The Boston Celtics appear to be a mess. After narrowly losing the first two games of this series at home, they got their doors blown off in a must-win game on the road in Miami, dropping Game 3 by a score of 128-102. What’s worse, it looked like Boston simply gave up once the Heat began widening the gap between the two teams. It’s possible the Celtics get rolled to complete the sweep in Game 4.
Miami, for their part, has been great on quick turnarounds this season as they are 10-2 ATS in their last 12 games playing on 1 day of rest. The Heat have also had success against elite road teams as they are 20-8-1 ATS in their last 29 home games against a team with a road winning percentage over .600. Finally, Miami has taken care of business after blowout wins as they are 5-2 ATS in their last 7 games following an outright win of more than 10 points. I think Miami finishes off the Celtics on Tuesday, so I’ll lay the points with the Heat at home.
