According to oddsmakers at BetDSI, the Cleveland Cavaliers are 1/5 favorites to win to Central Division this year while the Chicago Bulls have 6/1 odds and the Milwaukee Bucks have 18/1 odds.

The Cavaliers are four-time Central winners and the defending champions of the division and the Eastern Conference. Cleveland was 53-29 last season and returns all the top talent from last season, led by LeBron James.

The Bulls are eight-time division winners, last claiming the title in 2012. Chicago was 50-32 last season. The team has a lot of talent back this year and is hoping it can get a healthy Derrick Rose at the end of the season.

The Bucks are seven-time Central champs, with the last title coming in 2001. Milwaukee was 41-41 last season. The Bucks added Greg Monroe in the offseason and also will get Jabari Parker back from a season-ending knee injury early in the 2014-15 season.
