Los Angeles Clippers DFS Notes
Paul George hit just 6-of-20 shots and missed all eight of his 3-pointers for 12 points, 10 rebounds, four steals, four turnovers and four fouls in Wednesday’s loss to the Cavs. At one point late in the game he had as many baskets made as he did TOs and fouls, but he at least made a couple late hoops. After blowing up in his first two games of the season PG has hit just 12-of-36 shots and scored a total of 26 points over his last two. He should get back on track against the Blazers on Friday. Nicolas Batum and Reggie Jackson led the team in scoring tonight with 16 points apiece, which is a problem.
Portland Trail Blazers DFS Notes
Damian Lillard notched 20 points with 10 assists, three boards, one steal and four triples in an easy win over Memphis, but still struggled with his shot. He entered Wednesday’s game hitting 36% of his shots and finished 6-of-22 from the field tonight. It’s still unclear if Dame is battling an injury or if he’s just stuck in a slump, but history tells us to not bet against this guy in fantasy. He’ll figure it out soon.
