Friday NBA Betting Report
The only team to beat the Golden State Warriors this season was the Milwaukee Bucks, who visit Oakland tonight at 10:30PM ET.
Bucks at Warriors, 10:30PM ET
Oddsmakers from online sports book BetDSI clearly believe the Warriors will fix any issues they had in their first meeting with the Bucks, because Golden State is a 19-point favorite for tonight’s game. The Warriors are 7-4 against the spread as a home favorite this season, winning by a margin of 18.4. As an away underdog, the Bucks are 4-8 against the number and have lost by an average margin of -14.6. It could get ugly tonight in Oakland.
Clippers at Spurs, 8:00PM ET
Before NBA fans tune in to see how badly the Warriors beat the Bucks, the best matchup of the night is arguably in San Antonio. The Spurs are currently a 7.5-point home favorite over the Clippers and if that seems high, note that San Antonio is 10-4 against the spread this season as a home favorite, winning by an average margin of 16.8. The Clippers have struggled in the underdog role this season, going 1-3 at the betting window and losing by an average margin of -9.2.
Blazers at Magic, 7:00PM ET
This matchup won’t intrigue novice NBA fans but it should attract bettors. That’s because the Magic, which is a 5-point home favorite over the Blazers for tonight’s game, has been one of the better bets in basketball this season. Orlando is 17-7-1 against the number, covering at a 70.8% clip. The Magic is also 8-4 against the spread at home this season, winning by an average margin of 3.4, while the Blazers are 7-5 against the spread as an away underdog.
