Memphis Grizzlies DFS Spin
For efficient big man production, consider the Grizzlies’ Jaren Jackson Jr. this weekend. Jackson is shooting 50.9% from the field and 36.4% on threes while recording 16.4 points, 6.8 rebounds, 1.1 steals, and 3.3 blocks per game this season. If he qualified, Jackson would lead the NBA in blocked shots per game on the year.
Memphis’s Dillon Brooks could be a nice value play at small forward this weekend. Brooks is posting 16.1 points, 3.5 rebounds, 2.6 assists, and 2 made three-pointers per game this year. He hasn’t scored in double figures since January 9th, so you should be able to get him for a reasonable price on Sunday.
Phoenix Suns DFS Spin
The Phoenix Suns will be missing Devin Booker, Cameron Payne, and Cameron Johnson for Sunday’s game against the Grizzlies. The Suns were without Chris Paul, Deandre Ayton, and Landry Shamer for Saturday night’s clash with the Pacers, and all three are listed as questionable for Sunday’s tilt with the Grizzlies.
By process of elimination, that leaves the Suns’ Mikal Bridges as the best DFS option for Phoenix on Sunday. The 6’6” Villanova alum is posting 16 points, 4.5 rebounds, 3.5 assists, and 1.1 steals per game for the Suns on the campaign. Bridges is shooting well both from the three-point line (39.5%) and the free-throw line (88.5%) and should get a full complement of shot opportunities for the Suns on Sunday.

Grizzlies vs. Suns NBA Prediction
These two teams just played each other in Memphis on Monday and the Grizzlies dominated the Suns, winning that game by a score of 136-106. I don’t really see how this game is going to be much different than that one. Memphis is one of the best teams in the NBA as they rank second in the league in average scoring margin, and first in the league in defensive efficiency. The Grizzlies’ two best players are Ja Morant and Desmond Bane, but Memphis has depth behind them as well. Memphis is fifth in the league in bench points per game and their depth will be on full display against a shorthanded and undermanned Phoenix team on Sunday night. I’ll lay the points with the Grizzlies.
