Game Snapshot
575 Memphis Grizzlies (+2.5) at 576 Portland Trail Blazers (-2.5); o/u 233
10:00 p.m. ET, Friday, April 23, 2021
Venue: Moda Center, Portland, OR
Memphis Grizzlies DFS Notes
Jonas Valanciunas (concussion) will not play on Friday vs. the Blazers. The Grizzlies are still working Jaren Jackson Jr. back into the lineup slowly, meaning Xavier Tillman will continue to see a sizable workload in Valanciunas’ absence. This will be Valanciunas’ third straight on the shelf with his next chance to play coming on Saturday.
Portland Trail Blazers DFS Notes
Damian Lillard returned from a three-game absence with a hamstring injury and hit 9-of-23 shots and 2-of-10 3-pointers for 22 points, four rebounds, five assists and two steals in Wednesday’s tough 106-105 loss to the Nuggets. He was a little rusty but played well overall and only committed two turnovers. The Blazers play again on Friday against Memphis but still have four back-to-back sets on the schedule. The first one is on Sunday/Monday May 2 & 3 and hopefully, Lillard will be good to go in both of them.

The Grizzlies are 21-7 against the spread in their last 28 games overall, are 7-2 against the number in their last nine road games and are 16-5 at the betting window in their last 21 games playing on one day of rest. On the other side, the Trail Blazers are 1-4 against the spread in their last five games following an ATS win and are 4-10 against the number in their last 14 home games versus a team with a winning road record.
