Utah Jazz DFS Notes
Donovan Mitchell accounted for 29 points, seven assists, two rebounds and a steal as the Jazz beat the Lakers 122-109. Mitchell came just a point shy of his sixth 30-point game in his last eight, and he tacked on some useful peripheral stats in the process. Spida is enjoying one of the best seasons of his career behind averages of 26.0 points, 5.4 assists, 4.2 rebounds, 3.5 triples and 1.5 steals. The assists, steals and triples are all career-bests, as is Mitchell’s 45.3% shooting.
Golden State Warriors DFS Notes
After being evaluated on Friday, Stephen Curry (left foot) will be re-evaluated again on April 11, meaning he’ll miss the Warriors’ final five regular season games, according to Shams Charania of The Athletic. Today was Steph’s re-evaluation day, and while he’s reportedly been progressing well, his next evaluation will be in 10 days, which is the day after the regular season concludes. The Warriors have been struggling big time without their star point guard, going 1-6 since he suffered the injury, but their obvious priority remains getting him back to 100% for the postseason. From a fantasy standpoint, Jordan Poole will look to continue his tear that’s seen him post second-round value over the past month of action, while virtually everyone else will have to step up as well. From a real life standpoint, the Dubs need to adjust to life without Chef Curry if they want to avoid a potential play-in berth for the second straight season — they’re five games ahead of the No. 7 Wolves, so that outcome isn’t likely, but their poor play has us erring on the pessimistic side.
