Aaron Gordon missed all six of his 3-point attempts in Saturday’s loss to the Nets, tallying 11 points (4-of-11 FGs, 3-of-4 FTs), six rebounds, six assists and two steals in 31 minutes. Gordon has never been a knockdown shooter from deep, so Saturday’s showing doesn’t come as a surprise. But he did enter the game shooting a career-high 38.3% with an average of 1.6 3-pointers per, so he is making strides. In the two games prior, Gordon shot a combined 6-of-9. The absences of Markelle Fultz (knee; out for season) and Evan Fournier (back) have given him even more opportunities to serve as a playmaker for the Magic, but that hasn’t increased Gordon fantasy value. He is providing 13th-round value in 9-cat formats, and 12th-round value in 8-cat.

New York Knicks DFS Spin

Julius Randle double-doubled on Sunday, scoring 20 points with 12 rebounds, four assists and three steals in a 105-75 stomping over the Celtics. Randle recorded his ninth double-double of the season and did it efficiently, hitting 7-of-14 field goals, two triples and 4-of-5 free throws, leading the Knicks to blowout win vs Boston. The win snapped New York’s five-game losing streak and Randle continued his stellar play, notching his ninth 20-point game this season and building his top-50 fantasy value.
