Jaden Hardy had 17 points (6-of-11 FGs), three rebounds, three assists, one block and two 3-pointers against the Cavaliers on Friday. Hardy began the game on the bench, but started the second half after Spence Dinwiddie got off to a terrible start shooting in the first half. Dallas was looking for offense any way they could get it with Luke Doncic and Kyrie Irving both sidelined. Hardy, the 22-year-old point guard had 17 points on 11 shots. It was a good effort, but it’s unlikely they’ll continue to count on him when the Mavs have their stars back.
