The 6’7” Slovenian national is doing all this while shooting 50.5% from the field on a usage rate of 37.7%, which ranks second in the NBA. Luka Doncic is a must-start for DFS because of how good he’s been this season.
If you need high-efficiency scoring from your center, consider the Mavs’ Christian Wood. Wood is scoring 16.3 points per game this season on stellar shooting percentages: 55.6% from the field and 40.6% from deep. Wood is coming off of a game where he scored 25 points off the bench in the Mavs’ 131-125 overtime loss to the Pistons on Thursday. He would be a good source of scoring, shooting, and rebounds in most DFS formats.
New York Knicks DFS Spin
New York guard Jalen Brunson has been everything the Knicks thought they were getting this offseason and more. Brunson leads the Knicks in points per game (21.3), assists per game (6.5), and is tied for the team lead in steals per game (1.1). Brunson is only shooting 32.3% from deep this year, but he has made at least one three-pointer in 11 of his last 13 games. He might be a cost-effective DFS option at guard on Saturday.
Forward Julius Randle has been the Knicks’ other star this season, as he’s averaging 21.1 points per game, 8.6 rebounds per game, and 2.1 made three-pointers per game. The latter two figures lead the Knicks. Randle might be an excellent volume play against a Dallas defense that ranks 14th in the NBA in opponent points in the paint per game.

I think the travel takes a physical and mental toll on Dallas in this early afternoon contest. I’ll take the Knicks and the points.
