Can Boston blow past Memphis?
Can the Boston Celtics run past a decimated Memphis Grizzlies tonight when the two meet at 7PM ET?
According to oddsmakers at BetDSI, the Celtics are heavily favored at home, as they are getting odds of -11 points against the Grizzlies. The over/under total for the contest has been set at 209.5 points.
Boston is 38-26 overall, 22-10 at home and 35-28-1 against the spread. Memphis is 38-25 overall, 15-15 on the road and 33-29-1 against the spread. Memphis has won six of its last seven against the Celtics and the Grizzlies have covered in three of the last four meetings, including a 101-98 home win back on Jan. 10.
What does the public think about this game?
Memphis is riddled with injuries, but it hasn’t kept it from playing well, as they are 6-2 overall and against the spread in their last eight, including a 106-103 at Cleveland. Surprisingly, the two losses came against the Suns. Boston has won five of its last six, but is just 3-4 ATS in its last seven. Memphis isn’t getting much respect because of the injuries, but 11 points is a lot to give up to a team that has won 38 games and knows how to win. Look for Memphis to stay competitive tonight.
