Can Bulls string covers together?
Fresh off a win in Los Angeles a few days ago, can the Chicago Bulls repeat that feat when they face the L.A. Clippers today at 3:30PM ET on ABC?
According to oddsmakers at Bovada.lv, the Bulls are an underdog on the road today, as they are getting odds of +5.5 points against the Clippers. The over/under total for the game has been set at 3:30PM ET.
The Bulls (26-19, 18-27 ATS) are nicely rested after having a few days off since a 114-91 win over the Lakers in Los Angeles on Thursday night. The Bulls have won four of their last five road games, but come into today’s contest just 3-7 against the spread in their last 10. Chicago has also struggled to string together strong game consecutively, as they are just 8-17 ATS following a win. That mark is the third worst cover percentage of any team in the NBA.
The Bulls also haven’t exactly been stellar against the Clippers (31-16, 22-22-3 ATS) in recent seasons as well. The Clippers have covered the spread in five of the last seven in this series, though Chicago owns an 83-80 win over Los Angeles at home back on Dec. 10. Los Angeles is also coming off a win over the Lakers, but theirs came on Friday night by 12 points.
