Celtics strong with no rest
Fresh off a loss last night, the Boston Celtics look to regroup tonight when they host the L.A. Clippers at 7:30PM ET.
According to oddsmakers at RealBets, the Celtics find themselves as a slim favorite at home tonight, as Boston is getting odds of -1 point against the Clippers. The over/under total has been set at 208.5 points.
Boston (31-23) has been on a bit of a roll as of late, winning eight of its last 10 while going 7-3 against the spread in those 10 games. They have covered in their last three games at home, but are coming off a 112-111 loss at Milwaukee last night and now face a Clippers team that has had a day of rest.
Being able to bounce back quickly has been a strength for Boston this season. The Celtics come into tonight 8-4 against the spread when playing on no rest. The Celtics also come into this game at 14-11-1 against the spread as a home team. That could bode well against the Clippers, who are playing in their fourth straight road game tonight.
