Home team strong in SAC vs CLE

It only happens once a year, but the Cleveland Cavaliers host the Sacramento Kings tonight at 7PM ET. Is the outcome predictable?

View NBA Finals Odds

According to oddsmakers at Bovada.lv, the Cavaliers are favored at home, as they are getting odds of -12 points against the Kings. The over/under total for the contest has been set at 217.5 points.

The Cavaliers (36-14) have been an impressive 20-4 at home this season. The Kings (21-30) are just 8-17 on the road and have lost their last three and seven of their last eight. Going on the road has been a problem when these two meet, as the home team has won five straight and went 4-0-1 against the spread.

Sacramento has struggled to cover on the road for some time, as the Kings are 29-36-2 against the spread in road games. They have also failed to cover the spread in five straight on the road. The Cavs have covered at home in three of their last four games entering tonight as well.
