Sunday’s NBA DFS Predictions
Sunday’s NBA Daily Fantasy Basketball has been broken up into two sets of two games. Here’s some players we think you should consider today.
Point Guard – Bucks’ Eric Bledsoe (vs. New Orleans, 3PM ET) $6,900
Bledsoe has been a steady fantasy scorer with the Bucks and he comes at a relatively cheap price with few options for the two 3PM contests. He has at least 35 fantasy points over his last seven games, getting double-digit shot attempts in all seven games. He also has at least eight assists in four of his last six. The Pelicans aren’t known for being a defensive juggernaut, so I think Bledsoe has another big game this afternoon.
Latest odds for Pelicans vs. Bucks
Shooting Guard – Nuggets’ Gary Harris (vs. Houston, 8PM ET) $5,600
Harris is a consistent scoring option for the Nuggets this year and now he faces the Rockets in a game that could definitely be a shootout in Denver. With two games on the 8PM DFS slate, Harris is a cheap option that should get you around 30 or more fantasy points. He has posted over 30 in five of his last eight and has at least 13 shot attempts in eight of his last 10 games. Look for him to get over that today.
Small Forward – Wizards’ Otto Porter Jr. (vs. Philadelphia, 8PM ET) $6,600
Porter has been very steady in minutes and production lately. The loss of John Wall to Washington has opened the door for others and Porter is definitely seeing the benefits. He has scored at least 30 fantasy points in nine of his last 10 with more than 40 in three of them. Today he faces the 76ers, which is one of the worst defensive teams in the NBA.
Power Forward – Pelicans’ Anthony Davis (at Milwaukee, 3PM ET) $11,500
Of all the big names in action today, Davis would be my suggested play. He has been dominant since the injury to DeMarcus Cousins, scoring at least 38 points in four straight games. He also is picking up double-digits in rebounds, multiple blocks and multiple steals. I expect him to be the top scorer in fantasy again today against the Bucks.
Center – Nuggets’ Nikola Jokic (vs. Houston, 8PM ET) $10,300
If you are playing the night league, Jokic is someone worth spending on. He has three straight triple-doubles, posting at least 62 fantasy points in each of them. Jokic is averaging a double-double this season as is and should be able to rack up the numbers in this game with Houston, which will feature plenty of points and shot attempts. While Harden is tempting for this game, Jokic has less options around him to share the load with.
