NBA DFS Predictions: Who should you play on Monday, March 5, 2018?

Monday’s NBA DFS Predictions

The NBA Schedule for Monday, March 5, 2018 features a total of seven games. Which players should you consider wagering on for NBA Daily Fantasy tonight?

Point Guard – Suns’ Elfrid Payton (at Miami, 7:30PM ET) $7,200

I continue to love Payton as a play with the Suns. He is coming off a triple-double last night and has three straight double-double games. Payton looks very comfortable in this Phoenix offense and is logging big minutes while racking up plenty of rebounds as a guard. Given Payton is a cheaper option than the likes of Lonzo Ball, I think he brings a lot more value tonight.

Shooting Guard – Grizzlies’ Kobi Simmons (at San Antonio, 8:30PM ET) $3,700

Given the injuries Memphis has, Simmons should be a play that will exceed his value. Andrew Harrison and Mario Chalmers are ruled out tonight, which means Simmons is going to see extended minutes. He played 20 minutes on Saturday and scored 14 points with a pair of assists. Though the Spurs are a tough matchup, he should see more playing time and more production. Look for him to get double figures in scoring while racking up some rebounds, assists and steals.

Small Forward – Cavs’ LeBron James (vs. Detroit, 7PM ET) $11,700

LeBron has two triple-doubles over his last three games and certainly can do that again tonight against a poor Detroit team. The Pistons are a mess defensively lately and they don’t have the forwards to stop LeBron tonight. James has produced more than 64 points in three of his last four games and I expect more of the same tonight.

Bet on NBA for Monday, March 5, 2018

Power Forward – Bulls’ Lauri Markkanen (vs. Boston, 8PM ET) $5,900

With the Bulls going into tanking mode, Markkanen is logging plenty of minutes and being given a chance to showcase his talents. He put up 17 points and 12 rebounds over 34 minutes against the Mavericks this past weekend and now he faces a Boston team that has allowed big fantasy games to opposing frontcourts. I think Markkanen continues his uphill climb tonight and pushes for 40 fantasy points.

Center – Pacers’ Myles Turner (vs. Milwaukee, 7PM ET) $6,300

Turner is a center that could do some big things tonight for a reasonable price. He is coming off a 12-point, 13-rebound performance against the Wizards last night. Tonight he is up against the Bucks. He had 13 points and nine rebounds with two blocks against them last week, but I expect better things at home. The Bucks have some length, but they don’t have a dominant center, which should allow Turner to make a splash.
