NBA Finals MVP Odds
The NBA Finals will get underway on Thursday with the Cleveland Cavaliers and Golden State Warriors competing once again. Here is a look at the odds to win the NBA Finals MVP for the series.
According to oddsmakers at BetDSI, Kevin Durant is the slight favorite to take the honor, as he is listed with +200 odds. Other short odds to win are LeBron James (+210), Stephen Curry (+225) and Draymond Green (+750).

Durant is looking to win his first NBA Finals. This is his second-career appearance and first with the Warriors. Durant is averaging 25.2 points and 7.8 rebounds per game in this postseason. The focus for this series is on him, since he is the big start that joined Golden State in the offseason, not having a ring.
LeBron James is making his seventh consecutive NBA Finals appearance and eighth overall. He has won the MVP three times in his career, including last year. LeBron is averaging 32.5 points, 8 rebounds, 7 assists, 2.15 steals and 1.38 blocks per game in this year’s playoffs.
Curry is appearing in his third straight NBA Finals. He has won a title, but didn’t get the MVP honor in 2015. Curry is averaging a team-high 28.6 points per game in the playoffs. He also is posting 5.5 rebounds, 5.5 assists and 1.92 steals per contest.
Green is also playing in his third consecutive NBA Finals. He won a title in 2015 with the Warriors but didn’t win the MVP. Green is averaging 13.9 points, 8.7 rebounds, 7.2 assists, 1.92 steals and 2.08 blocks per game in the playoffs.
