According to oddsmakers at BetDSI, the Cleveland Cavaliers are favored to win the title, as they are getting 14/5 odds. Other short odds to win are the San Antonio Spurs (4/1), the Golden State Warriors (5/1) and the Oklahoma City Thunder (8/1).

The Cavaliers have never won the NBA Finals. They lost in the NBA Finals last year after winning the Central Division with a 53-29 record. Cleveland had a lot of injuries in the playoffs, but are healthy this year with LeBron James, Kyrie Irving and Kevin Love ready to make a run at the title.

The Spurs have won the NBA title five times, last doing so in 2014. San Antonio lost in the first round of the playoffs last year, going 55-27 during the season. Tim Duncan is returning this year and the team added LaMarcus Aldridge in the offseason to bolster the frontcourt.

The Warriors won their first NBA title last year. They were also the Pacific Division champs, going 67-15. Golden State re-signed Draymond Green in the offseason and return all the key pieces to last year’s title run.

The Thunder have never won the NBA Finals. The Thunder missed out on the playoffs last year, going 45-37. The Thunder hired Billy Donovan to be their new coach this year as they look to get a full season of health with Russell Westbrook and Kevin Durant.
