Warriors re-sign Curry, Iguodala
The Golden State Warriors are committed to keeping their championship team together. The team re-signed a number of players last week to improve their odds to winning a third title in four years.
Early on Saturday morning, the Warriors agreed to a five-year deal with Stephen Curry that topped over $200 million. The team then re-signed Shaun Livingston to a three-year deal at $24 million and re-signed David West to a 1-year deal for the veteran’s minimum. Golden State then later locked up Andre Iguodala to a three-year, $48 million deal.
According to oddsmakers at BetDSI, the Warriors are still the clear favorite to win the NBA Finals next season, as they have -200 odds to win. The Cleveland Cavaliers are listed with +350 odds while the Boston Celtics have +1500 odds to win.

Curry has earned the massive deal by helping lead the Warriors to two titles in three years. He was named the NBA MVP for the 2014-15 season and 2015-16 season. He averaged 25.3 points per game this past season while making 4.1 3-pointers per game. He also averaged 4.5 rebounds and 6.6 assists per game as well. For his career, eight years, Curry has averaged 22.8 points, 6.8 assists and 3.3 3-pointers per game.
Of the other signings, Iguodala is certainly the biggest. He has been a key role player off the bench for these Warriors and steps up when one of the other big four is injured. He averaged 7.2 points, 4.1 rebounds and 3.2 assists per game this past season. He also was the NBA Finals MVP in 2015. Livingston averaged 5.2 points and 1.4 assists per game this past season while West added 4.5 points, 2.7 rebounds and 2.1 assists per game.
