Knicks vs. Pacers Prediction
Will the Pacers roll as a home favorite tonight against the Knicks when the two teams square off at 8:00PM ET?
According to oddsmakers from online sports book Bovada.lv, the Pacers are 5.5-point home favorites versus the Knicks while the over/under is currently sitting at 218 points. As of this writing, the spread hasn’t moved off the 5.5-point number, but the total has dropped to 218 after it hit the board at 219.
The Knicks are having a rough go of things at the moment, losing back-to-back games and four of their last five overall. In their 107-105 loss to the Suns on Saturday, Kristaps Porzingis hit 7-of-13 shots and scored 14 points while Joakim Noah returned to action but failed to score a single point. He did have 15 rebounds, however.
The Pacers are also coming off back-to-back losses at the Lakers and at the Jazz, and have lost in three of their last five games. Monta Ellis scored 15 points with four rebounds, one assist, two steals and two 3-poiners in 33 minutes in the loss to Utah, while Paul George was ejected for arguing with a ref. Granted, he fouled out anyway, so the ejection didn’t hurt his playing time.
