LINE MOVEMENT

Milwaukee opened as an 8.5-point favorite and the total was at 207.5 before both lines went up slightly. The spread is at -9 most books, but can be found at both -8.5 and -9.5 if you shop around. The total can be found at both 207.5 and 208 depending on the book.

PUBLIC BETTING

As of Wednesday afternoon, 70 percent of public bets have sided with the visiting Bucks. Online wager info also shows that 57 percent of bets are coming in on the over.

INJURY TO WATCH

Bucks guard Matthew Dellavedova (ankle) is out indefinitely, while fellow guard Malcolm Brogdon (quadriceps) is out until late March. For the Magic, forward Aaron Gordon (brain injury) is questionable. Shooting guard Evan Fournier (sprained MCL) is out indefinitely.

BETTING STRATEGY

Orlando played last night and were walloped 108-72 at the Spurs. Despite last night’s result, Orlando has kept most of its games relatively close despite the absence of a couple key players. If Gordon plays tonight, that would be a serious upgrade and give them a fresh player as he has missed the last three games. The Bucks have lost six of their last 10 games straight up and only covered the spread three times. I’m not ready to lay nine on them on the road.
