NBA Western Conference Series Odds
It should be an interesting opening round of the Western Conference playoffs in the NBA. Here is a look at the odds for the four series taking place.
The West features No. 1 Golden State taking on No. 8 Houston, No. 2. San Antonio facing No. 7 Memphis, No. 3 Oklahoma City meeting No. 6 Dallas and No. 4 Los Angeles facing No. 5 Portland.

According to oddsmakers at BetDSI, the Spurs are actually the biggest favorite in the West, as they have -10000 odds to beat Memphis (+2500). The Warriors are still a heavy favorite of -7000 against the Rockets (+2000) while the Thunder are a -3000 favorite against Dallas (+1400). The series with the closet odds have the Clippers as a -350 favorite against the Blazers (+275).
The Warriors had a three-game sweep of the Rockets during the regular season, with two wins coming by double figures. The Spurs also swept the Grizzlies, winning four meetings. Memphis also comes in with a lot of injuries and not at full health for the postseason. The Thunder also swept the Mavericks this season, winning all four meetings, with two of the four wins coming by double figures. The Clippers took three of four over the Blazers this season, including one win in Portland.
