Nets vs. Rockets Public Betting: Bettors Backing Brooklyn

Our NBA Public Betting Information page indicates that 55% of public bettors are currently backing the Nets when it comes to the spread. This information is subject to change throughout the day, however, so be sure to check the link so you’re receiving the most up-to-date public betting data.

Johnson leads Nets with 18 points

Keon Johnson led the Nets with 18 points (7-of-18 FGs), five rebounds, four assists, two steals and one block in a 104-83 win over the Hornets on Wednesday. Johnson has been a full-time starter for almost two months now, but his last few games have been has most productive. Over his last four games, he is averaging 17.5 points, 3.8 rebounds, 3.3 assists, 1.5 steals and 1.5 threes per game. That level of production for the rest of the season would make him a borderline top-100 player. With the Nets clearly focused on the future, Johnson’s role should be safe for the final two months of the season. He isn’t a flawless fantasy option, but he has the makings of a silly season star.

Sengun questionable for tonight’s game

Alperen Sengun (calf) is questionable for Saturday’s game against the Nets. Sengun continues to deal with a left calf contusion that caused him to miss Thursday’s game against the Grizzlies. If the first time NBA All-Star is out again Saturday, Steven Adams will start with Jock Landale serving as the backup center.

Nets vs. Rockets NBA Prediction:

Take the under. Over the last 10 meetings between these two teams, the under is 8-2. In fact, the over cashed just once between these two teams since March 31, 2021, which covers a span of seven meetings. The Nets have also been a great under ticket of late, cashing the under in seven out of their last 10 games entering play tonight. That includes an under streak of five straight.

Nets vs. Rockets Betting Prediction: UNDER 212.5
