NBA Betting Trends
New Orleans
The Pelicans have covered the spread in six straight games when playing on 1 day of rest and in five straight following a loss.
Memphis
The Grizzlies are 5-1 against the spread in their last six home games and 4-1 ATS in their last five home games against a team with a losing road record.
Prediction:
The Grizzlies are really playing well right now. They have found their stride offensively and I think that will continue against New Orleans tonight. The Pelicans aren’t known for defense, so it should open the door for Memphis to continue to put up points. The Pelicans have also been scoring, but I don’t see them being able to keep pace on the road with Memphis given some of their key pieces being missing. With Memphis hot and at home, I will take the Grizzlies.
NBA Prediction: Memphis Grizzlies -2
