Indiana Pacers DFS Notes
Chris Duarte came off the bench and hit 4-of-13 shots and two 3-pointers on his way to 11 points, five rebounds, three assists, a steal and a block in 32 minutes of Wednesday’s big win at the Lakers. Duarte’s 32 minutes were the second most on the team, despite the return of Malcolm Brogdon (Achilles). Duarte didn’t have it tonight but the minutes are promising, especially with Brogdon’s return. If you already have Duarte go ahead and run him out there on Thursday against the Dubs. And if you don’t have him, he should at least be on your watch list.
Golden State Warriors DFS Notes
Stephen Curry (left hand) shot 6-of-11 from the field and 2-of-2 from the foul line in Tuesday’s 102-86 win over the Pistons, tallying 18 points, three rebounds, eight assists, three steals, and four 3-pointers in 29 minutes. Curry did not play at all during the fourth quarter and that’s probably a good thing, as he suffered another injury. Appearing to jam a finger on his left hand (not the hand that has been an issue recently), Curry briefly headed back to the locker room for further evaluation. He eventually returned to the bench with a knuckle on his left middle finger being taped up. Golden State was up by a large enough margin that Steve Kerr was willing to leave the team’s younger players on the floor for the rest of the night. Curry should be good to go for Thursday’s game against the Pacers.
